How spicy is Buldak Carbonara, really?

At around 2,500 SHU, Carbonara sits at the level of a medium-spicy jalapeño and is the mildest of the Buldak variants. The Carbonara sauce noticeably tones down the heat with milk and cheese components vs. the Original (4,404 SHU). Perfect for your first Buldak experience. Is Buldak Carbonara halal?

Yes. Samyang Foods is KMF-certified (Korea Muslim Federation). This applies to all Buldak variants, including Carbonara.

Does it contain pork?

No. Buldak Carbonara contains neither pork nor chicken meat — the "Hot Chicken" in the name refers to the artificial chicken flavor in the sauce, not actual meat.
